the web is the platform
Hackathon for Firefox OS, Web Apps, Web APIs.
The goal is to present all current technological aspects of Firefox OS, Web Apps & Web APIs, in order to develop mobile apps using web as a development platform.
The only requirement for participating is your laptop and endless love for the web.
Participation is of course free, but registration needed.
Programme
- 09:30-10:00: opening - welcome people
- 10:00-11:00: introductory presentation for Firefox OS, Marketplace, Technical overview
- 11:00-11:30: Q & A
- 11:30-13:00: technical presentations on: Firefox OS Simulator, Developer Tools, Web APIs, Web Apps templates
- 13:00-14:00: lunch (pizza time)
- 14:00-19:00: app hackathon
- 19:30-20:00: wrap-up: collect apps for demo
- 20:00-21:30: demo time
- 21:30-22:00: wrap-up: share swag
- 22:00-00:00: party time!
