  • Mailing list
    • Decide language for mailing list
    • Decide tag for mailing list [hackopter-team]? [hackopter] ?
  • Talk about how we can make the rest of the week more active
    • Tasks ? Activity on the mailing list ?
  • Have a beer
  • Play with github
    • Wiki
    • Issues
    • Upload some of our files to see how it works
  • Programming related
    • Google/read up on typical project folder structure
      • LICENSE, README (we already did that)
      • src/docs/etc ?
    • Talk about the stuff every team member knows, and get to know each other ?
  • Do we have contact details for everyone ?
  • Find the beaglebone (ask mailing list)
  • Have another beer
  • Play with the beaglebone (you'll need an SD card reader, and internet)
  • Poke vasilis about docs (.awmn isn't globally addressable)
    • Make a new repo on github and upload the docs
      • Or maby use the existing one ?
  • Rename wiki pages (quadrotor -> hackopter, && hackopter-team)
  • Google up some LiPo battery packs
    • Or a portable nuclear reactor
  • Order pizza and cola
    • Or be a true cheapster and bring frost pizza from a discount store
  • Think what we can use the new hsgr 3d printer for in this project
  • Watch some video tutorials on the projector (while eating the pizza)

• Add more nuts on suspension legs (they aren't very strudy, they get unscrewed from vibrations )
• Add rubber bumpers on suspension legs (for softer landings)
